PITTSBURGH, PA (November 13, 2023) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services (HHRES) is pleased to announce Phil Anthony has been named Howard Hanna’s regional manager and vice president of the Pennsylvania North Region.
Anthony began his career in real estate as a sales associate for Albert Anthony Real Estate more than two decades ago. In the mid-2000s, he became the broker/owner of the business, growing a small brokerage in East End of Pittsburgh to a multi-office operation throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. In 2022, Albert Anthony Real Estate merged their company with Howard Hanna, marking the ninth merger for Howard Hanna that fiscal year.
Since the merger, Anthony has played an important role on the Howard Hanna leadership team in Pennsylvania, with a focus on enhancing innovation for specific offices, regions and statewide. He has been credited with creating a new ambassador program, with a focus on building brand awareness and growing the agent base.

Anthony succeeds Yvonne Guthrie, who will retire after 35 years of dedicated service to HHRES.
