Sean and Meghan Bardell, owners of Howard Hanna Bardell Realty, acquired Geary Real Estate in Somerset, PA early this summer while simultaneously opening a new office in Altoona, PA. Howard Hanna Bardell Realty now owns and operates four offices throughout the region.
The expansion follows five years of double-digit growth for Howard Hanna Bardell, which became the market leader in Bedford County with 30% market share in 2019. The company, which began as an acquisition of Howard Hanna Johnston Realty’s Bedford Office in 2015, completed a full-building renovation and relocation in 2017 and opened a branch office in Everett, PA in 2018. Sean Bardell first joined the company as an appraiser and sales associate at the Howard Hanna Johnston office in 2000.
