Groundbreaking Held for Newest Estate-Style Home Community in Cranberry

Pittsburgh, PA (August 27, 2020) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the largest family-owned and -operated real estate company in the nation, and Benjamin Marcus Homes, a family-owned Pittsburgh custom home builder, recently broke ground on Eagle Ridge, a new development located in the heart of Cranberry Township.

Eagle Ridge is Cranberry Township’s newest estate-style home community. The development will feature 22 distinctive homes with stunning panoramic views. Nestled in the woods, the community will have easy access to the city of Pittsburgh via the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The exclusive builder of the project is Benjamin Marcus Homes, a family-operated team with 40 years of experience designing, developing, and building luxurious, single-family homes and estates.

Held on Monday, August 10, the groundbreaking ceremony included representatives from Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Benjamin Marcus Homes, and Cranberry Township. Howard W. “Hoddy” Hanna, III, Chairman; Kelly Hanna Riley, Vice President and Regional Manager, Pennsylvania North Region; Darlene Hunter, Vice President and Regional Manager, New Construction; and Tony Nucci and Lisa Mehalick, real estate professionals, represented Howard Hanna. Mark Hoskins, Barrett Hoskins, Katrina Fornear, and Kayla Patterson represented Benjamin Marcus Homes. Dignitaries from Cranberry Township included Dick Hadley, Chairman, Board of Supervisors; Mike Manipole, Vice Chairman, Board of Supervisors; Jerry Andree, Township Manager; and Dan Santoro, Deputy Township Manager.
