Here’s How it Works*
As part of the program, you’ll pay 1% of your current home’s sale price at closing. You’ll also work with your real estate agent to submit a Money Back Guarantee rider and a buyer application when the offer is presented. All of this works to lock in your guarantee, which will then be valid for 12 months after closing.
You also have the flexibility to remove the guarantee from your purchase at any time until closing. Often, after inspections and appraisals, buyers feel more comfortable with their purchase and opt to allocate the funds toward new furnishings for their new home. If you have any questions along the way, you can work with your real estate agent to make sure you understand the terms and conditions of participating.
